OURNEXTPLAN · AGES 18+

Terms of use

Effective September 13, 2026 · Version 2026-09-13

Who provides the service

OurNextPlan is operated by Pb Duck Oy (Finnish Business ID 3524861-2). Public business address: Panimokatu 6 A 27, 15140 Lahti, Finland. Contact: ournextplan@sorsamuli.online.

Who may use OurNextPlan

You must be at least 18 years old. Use your own email address when verifying an account, keep access to it secure, and never share a sign-in code. Display names are self-reported; the service does not verify participants’ real identities.

What the service does

OurNextPlan helps existing friend groups save ideas, volunteer to host, compare possible times, send invitation links, and confirm plans and attendance. Friends may reply as guests without an email account. An invitation gives access to its proposal; joining the private group is a separate step.

An availability reply is not a final commitment to attend. The host confirms the time, and participants then give their attendance answer. The host and participants are responsible for checking dates, time zones, locations and any later changes.

OurNextPlan does not book venues, arrange transport, supervise meetings, screen participants, or guarantee that an activity will happen. The current service does not automatically send plan-update notifications. Share important changes with your group directly. Downloaded calendar events may need to be updated manually.

Free use and future features

The current version is free. There is no credit-card requirement, paid subscription or paid trial. We may introduce separately described paid features later. You will not be charged without choosing a paid offer and agreeing to its price and terms first. These terms do not promise that every future feature will be free.

Your content and other people

You keep your rights in the content you submit. You give Pb Duck Oy permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and maintain OurNextPlan and to carry out your sharing choices. This permission is not a license to use private plans in advertising.

Only share content you have permission to share. Invite people who are willing to receive the invitation, and share links only with the intended participants. Do not post unlawful material, harass others, impersonate someone, send spam, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. Do not put passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or sensitive personal records in plan fields.

Group ownership, hosting and account deletion

Group ownership is separate from hosting a plan. The group owner manages membership. Hosts manage their assigned proposals. Guests do not become group members just by responding.

You can stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes your profile, replies and groups you own, including their plans and members’ access. Ideas you added to a group owned by someone else remain under that owner’s stewardship. The deletion screen explains these effects before you confirm. Copies already saved by others, including calendar events, cannot be recalled by the service. See Privacy & your data for storage and provider-processing details.

Availability, safety and access restrictions

We aim to keep the service working, but maintenance, errors and outages can occur. Keep a separate copy of important meeting details. The service is not intended for emergencies or safety-critical coordination.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue or a legal obligation. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Changes, concerns and your rights

We will identify the effective date of these terms and give notice of material changes before they take effect. If a change needs your agreement, we will ask for it. Contact ournextplan@sorsamuli.online about problems, content reports or disputes.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
