OurNextPlan stores your display name, saved ideas, replies, hosting turns and history, membership requests, and account email if you add one. Group members see their board. Invitation holders see the proposal. We don’t read your contacts, location, or calendar.

Minimal first-party events measure responses and repeat planning. They contain opaque identifiers, never your idea text, email, display name, or invitation link. A browser session is not necessarily one person.

Shared data stays until the group or account owner deletes it. Measurement events older than 90 days are removed when the next event is recorded; pilot reporting uses completed observation windows. There are no advertising pixels.

Private information is not saved for offline use. Calendar downloads go to your device and follow your calendar app’s own storage rules.
